Breakfast: bacon, veggie, cheese quiche


Dinner: Turkey and veggie soup, grilled cheese sandwiches.



I made a bone broth using the turkey bones from Christmas dinner. Sauteed veggies and leftover turkey. Grilled cheese sandwiches used the Rustic Faux-Wheat Bread (recipe below).

Dec 27
Breakfast: French Toast!


We had leftover Rustic Faux-Wheat Bread remaining which we used for our Christmas dinner stuffing. Two eggs, a few drops of Stevia sweetener, butter, and a dash of cinnamon!

Use your favourite low-carb syrup!
